I just read something that, for me, almost perfectly describes Vicki and her team. “Identifying and vocalizing another person’s potential is life changing. We are often unaware of the unique talents and value we bring. Leaders who describe others’ strengths to them can open people’s minds to what’s possible.” From my perspective, that’s about the highest compliment I can give anyone. Life changing. With just a few encouraging words, a different perspective, and great advice…she opened my mind to what’s possible for me. I really believe that Vicki and her team helped me set my career on a new trajectory than it has been. She has a great team around her as well. If you are able to work with her or anyone on her team, I’m sure you will be reinvigorated at your own possibilities. I can’t recommend her enough.
