Earned the Human Resource Professional Certification (PHR).  Jan has 27 years of experience in health care and 18 years of experience in recruiting, employee retention, employee relations, employment hiring practices, and HIPAA compliance at Methodist Hospital.  She is a graduate of Leadership Henderson, Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce and previous member of Kentucky Association for Health Care Recruiters. In 2008 Jan obtained the Certified Business / Executive Coach designation through the Certified Coaches Federation.
