The Training & Development division of HR Solutions, Inc. is devoted to helping companies grow through their greatest assets – their people. Our extensive organizational and human resource experience is backed by our staff’s accumulated 75-plus years' experience. Our belief is that implementing organizational development from top management down through the company will propel companies to growth and higher levels of success. It involves behavioral research at its core, and is sometimes regarded as human systems.
Organizational development focuses on the impact of the employee on the overall organization while working on specific areas.
We offer a wide variety of management training workshops. These workshops can vary from events lasting for an entire day to an hour lunch-and-learn session, that touches on a brief and important topic in your workplace, to a six-to-eight-week course with classes once a week.
