Organizational Development Consultant

Specializes in designing custom training classes for companies to fit their specific needs.  Donna is certified in leadership, communication styles and behaviors, team building, supervision/management, change management, and customer service.  In addition, she is certified in assessment training through Profiles International.  She has 20+ years of experience in corporate America at Bristol Myers-Squibb and is the founder of an independent consultant service.  Donna has also served as an adjunct faculty member with Ivy Tech Corporate and Continuing Education Services.  She attended the University of Evansville and the University of Southern Indiana. In 2008 Donna obtained the Certified Business / Executive Coach designation through the Certified Coaches Federation.
