Organizational Development Consultant

Earned a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and a Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University.  He is certified as a trainer and consultant through Ball Sate University and has spent the last 12 years as a consultant and trainer with Hopkins Associates.  Rick has served as an adjunct faculty member with Ivy Tech State College and the University of Southern Indiana.  His areas of focus include individual coaching, continuous improvement and leadership training.
