Scott earned a B.S. in Marketing, with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing Management from Ball State University. He has over 30 years of sales and marketing leadership, primarily with Mead Johnson Nutrition, with emphasis on training and development, strategic planning and sales administration. Scott is currently consulting with companies providing insight into improving employee engagement and organization culture.
