Earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and an Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology from Southern Illinois University. His background includes over five years of professional recruiting, specializing in mining, engineering, tool & die, welding and maintenance. All this on top of 37 years of management experience in maintenance, operations, staffing, strategic planning, cost-containment, and development of mining operations with Peabody Coal Company.
