Interactive initiatives and simulations are utilized, as well as other skill development tools. Participants are given tools and skills to become internal change agents enabling them to drive change and process improvement to transform their organizations. Supervisor Basic Training Camp

For first-time supervisors who need additional skills to achieve exceptional results. This fast-paced workshop can be broken up into days or hours. Achieving Success Through Diverse Thinking Styles

For all members of an organization’s team. This highly interactive workshop offers a systematic approach for introducing Whole Brain thinking into an organization. This workshop focuses on individual thinking preferences and their day-to-day implications. It is designed to improve the overall quality of thinking, and subsequent performance, of an organization. Additional modules are available that address specific business topics and issues with specific learning outcomes.

Maximizing Meeting Effectiveness

For any team members attending or planning meetings in an organization. Effective meetings don’t happen by accident but require a lot of thought, preparation, and discipline. Participants learn how to accomplish more in the meetings they plan and attend, learn how to make decisions that are of high quality and supported by all, and gain participation by all members. Discover a three-step model that answers the question, does this require a meeting, or just a memo.

Successful Selection Practices

This workshop is for any manager involved in the selection process of hiring. Participants will be taught the techniques and skills of interviewing to effectively improve their interviewing and selection skills. A framework will be provided to master the interviewing process teaching the participants what and how to legally interview (what questions can and cannot be asked) as well as encouraging candidates to share specific expectations and accomplishments. The workshop is designed to increase knowledge and develop interviewing and selection skills.

Customized Teambuilding Interventions

Teams continue to be the basic organizational tool of most companies. Increased organizational performance will result from increased team behaviors and skills. Participants will learn tools and behaviors that create and sustain high performance teams. Assessments will be used to determine baseline performance.
